MS Project - Advanced
Introduction
This one day course provides practical training on how to plan and schedule projects using Microsoft Project. On completion of the course delegates will have acquired the skills needed to create a new project. This will include -entering tasks, resources and cost information; analysing and adjusting schedules with date, dependency and resource constraints; customising and printing Gantt chart views and reports; recording and reviewing task progress against the baseline.
This highly interactive Advanced level course is built around managing actual projects. The benefits gained from this course can be applied to all project types of any scope.
